For brownfield retrofits where nothing is standard: legacy cabinets, nonstandard post spacing, obstructed rear channels, or mixed hardware generations on one loop. We build from your field survey, rack elevation, or STEP model — offset headers, jogged runs, mixed QD sizes and asymmetric drop patterns are all machinable in-house, so there is no penalty for odd geometry. Typical designs from $4,650/pair depending on geometry and drop count; you get a dimensioned approval drawing with the quote in 24-48 hours. Same 225 psi hydro test, cleaning, capping and bagging as every manifold we ship.
