Manifold Mounting & Seismic Hardware

Most retrofit racks were never drilled for liquid cooling. Our machined brackets, standoffs, and seismic restraint kits get ORV3-style manifolds and coolant infrastructure mounted square, plumb, and braced in legacy EIA-310 racks. Cut and machined in our Van Alstyne shop, so a missing bracket never holds up a commissioning date.

Direct-to-chip retrofits live or die on the boring hardware. When the manifold hole pattern doesn't land on the rack, techs start improvising with strut scraps and hardware-store angle - and that's what fails inspection. This line exists so you never have to improvise: slotted brackets with real adjustment range, standoffs that let you set manifold-to-rail depth precisely, and restraint kits with published load ratings.

Everything here is machined or formed in-house from 304 stainless or zinc-plated steel, deburred, and shipped with all mounting hardware included. Load ratings are stated as design working loads with the safety factor listed - no mystery numbers. If your rack is odd enough that nothing here fits, send us a photo and a tape-measure sketch and we'll modify a bracket to suit.

Universal Manifold Bracket Pair, Slotted 304SS

A pair of 11-gauge 304 stainless brackets with dual slotted mounting faces, sized to hang a vertical coolant manifold off standard EIA-310 rack rails or generic square-hole posts. Horizontal and vertical slots give you 2.0 inches of adjustment in each axis, so the manifold lands where the hose lengths want it, not where the rack maker decided. Edges are machine-deburred so you are not dragging gloves across sheared steel in a hot aisle. Ships with all rail-side and manifold-side fasteners.

Four-point restraint kit for racks carrying the extra mass of coolant manifolds, hoses, and a wet PG25 loop - weight the original rack anchorage was never sized for. Includes four 7-gauge steel anchor brackets, rigid brace angles, and grade-rated hardware, with slotted base plates to clear existing floor anchors. Designed to support seismic bracing requirements under IBC 2021 / ASCE 7 Chapter 13; project-specific anchorage design and calculations remain the responsibility of the engineer of record. Adjustable Standoff Set, 1.0-2.0 in (8-Pack)

Eight turned 304 stainless standoffs with a threaded adjustment sleeve and jam nut, giving 1.0 to 2.0 inches of depth between the rack rail and whatever you are hanging - manifold tabs, hose saddles, sensor brackets. Set the depth, snug the jam nut, and the standoff will not creep under vibration. Turned on our own machines, so threads are clean and the flats actually take a wrench.

Use these when the manifold has to stand off past a cable tray, PDU, or busbar that the original rack layout put in exactly the wrong place. The larger 5/8 inch body keeps column stiffness at full extension, and the 3/8-16 thread carries real load. Each set ships with jam nuts and washers.

A pair of full-height slotted adapter rails that bolt to legacy EIA-310 19 inch rack posts and present an ORV3-style mounting interface for vertical coolant manifolds. Continuous vertical slots mean the manifold can sit at any height, and the rails carry the load into multiple U positions instead of two overloaded screws. This is the kit for colo retrofits where the rack stays and the cooling changes. Includes rail-to-post and manifold-to-rail hardware for square-hole and round-hole racks.

Threaded-Rod Drop Kit, Overhead Coolant Line Support

Everything for four overhead drops supporting coolant supply and return runs between the CDU and the rack line: 3/8-16 all-thread, strut-compatible channel hardware, and machined saddle brackets sized for insulated coolant hose and pipe up to 2 inch OD. Saddles are radiused and deburred so they will not chew through hose jacket or insulation over years of thermal cycling. Rod couplers included so drops can be extended for high ceilings. Attachment to building structure is by others - use rated beam clamps or concrete anchors per your project spec.
