Sample Valve Station with Septum Port
Purpose-built sample point for coolant chemistry programs. The 316L body integrates an isolation ball valve, a needle-type metering valve for controlled draw rate, and a replaceable PTFE-faced silicone septum so lab draws go straight into a syringe with minimal air contact — the way you want it for dissolved metals and particle counts. Low-dead-leg geometry means the first flush actually clears the sample path. Mounts to a 1/2 in MNPT process connection at any panel or tee.
